We would like to present the sparkling wines of Santa Colina line, which are made exclusively by Charmat method (fermentation in stainless steel barrels) the gas is arising from the own fermentation, the line has the following options: Moscatel White Sweet made of Chardonnay and Moscato White, Moscatel Rosé sweet prepared with varieties Pinot e Moscato Hamburgo. The sparkling medium-dry is prepared by the varieties Riesling Renano and Chardonnay, and Brut is prepared by the varieties Chardonnay.
